About this website

Kredite für Studenten covers the funding of higher education in Germany: estimating the money you need, loans, grants, income during study and eventual repayment. Articles are available in German and English.

How the articles work

Each article addresses a specific question. Calculations explain a method using amounts clearly identified as examples. Links at the end lead to the government, university or provider information used. The review date indicates editorial checking; it does not promise that terms will remain unchanged until you apply.
